What is The Holy Land Experience?
The Holy Land Experience is a living, biblical museum and park that brings the world of the Bible alive! Located in Orlando, Florida, it combines the sights and sounds of the biblical world in a unique and interactive way, unlike anywhere else!
In order to appreciate everything there is to do at The Holy Land Experience, you will want to plan to spend at least a full day with us. Click here to discover the Experience. Park hours are 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Tuesday through Saturday. The Holy Land Experience is closed on Sunday and Monday, New Year's Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
Why was The Holy Land Experience opened?
Nearly 2,000 years ago, a miraculous event occurred: God became man, dwelt among us, and redeemed mankind through His death and resurrection. We believe this revelation is life-changing and crucial for all humanity. At The Holy Land Experience, we aim to demonstrate the living truths of the Bible in innovative ways, through state-of-the-art exhibits, dynamic musical or dramatic performances, and insightful teaching presentations.
What is the goal of The Holy Land Experience?
The Holy Land Experience is designed to give you a glimpse of what life was like during the time of Jesus Christ and to communicate the message of the Bible. As a not-for-profit Christian ministry, our hope is that you will grow in the knowledge of God, be challenged in your continuing search for His truth, and be encouraged in your faith.
Does The Holy Land Experience accept donations?
The Holy Land Experience is a not-for-profit Christian organization. Ticket prices do not fully cover the cost of our ministry endeavors. If you are blessed by what you see on your visit, and would like to make a tax-deductible donation to help with our ministry, so that others may be blessed by the exhibits and presentations, please stop by Guest Services in the Jerusalem Street Market. You may also make a donation online.
Does The Holy Land Experience host weddings?
We currently do not host weddings or related ceremonies in the park.
What hotels are located near The Holy Land Experience?
We are located about one mile north of Universal Studios, so there are numerous hotel options. For hotel recommendations and information, please visit www.visitorlando.com or call 1-800-972-3304.
Does The Holy Land Experience offer shuttle services?
Please contact your hotel directly for shuttle transportation. You can also visit www.golynx.com or call 407-841-5969 for Orlando's LYNX bus information.
Are show schedules the same for each day?
The show schedule is subject to change.
How can I purchase tickets?
Tickets can only be purchased online or at the gate. We do not sell tickets over the phone.
What do I do if my online tickets did not print?
A confirmation email of your order will be sent to the email address you provided. You should be able to print your tickets by clicking on the link in your confirmation email. The link should open a PDF file. The first page will be your confirmation, and the following pages will be your actual tickets. You may need to use the link provided to download the latest version of Acrobat Reader. Alternatively, come to Guest Services upon your arrival, and we will be able to assist you.
Do online tickets have an expiration date?
Tickets purchased online are valid until used, and are accepted whenever the park is open during normal operating hours.
Does The Holy Land Experience have Wheelchairs?
The Holy Land Experience does not provide wheelchairs, scooters or strollers. Guests are welcome to provide their own as needed. The Holy Land Experience is fully A.D.A. compliant in regard to wheelchair access to our major attractions; we are handicap friendly.
