Guest Services
When you pass through the Jerusalem City Gate at The Holy Land
Experience, you will travel back in time to an ancient land that
is 2000 years old and 7000 miles away! On your journey, you will
discover a new world of information and understanding; be inspired
through biblical stories, music, and dance; and become immersed in
a land that still impacts the life you live in many ways. We pray
that you enjoy your journey through The Holy Land Experience!
Your hosts at The Holy Land Experience can be found in Guest
Services,
located near the City Gate and accessible from either inside or outside
the facility.
Our Ministry Guides are ready to help with your
visit, whatever it may be – international guests, annual pass
and ticket upgrades, dining assistance, lost children, Sign Language
information, and additional services for guests with disabilities.
In order to make the most of your visit, here are some helpful tips
and suggestions:
Tickets
One-Day Passes are available at The Holy
Land Ticket Center. For groups of 15 or more, special
group rates are available.
Planning Your Day
The Holy Land Experience is a full-day adventure! Even if you arrive at 10:00
am and stay until closing, there's no guarantee you'll be able to see and do
everything! When you arrive, be sure to get a copy of the Discovery
Guide with map and the Daily Schedule. These tools
will help you make the most of your visit. A few things to keep in mind as
you plan your day:
- The featured exhibits can be seen all day long.
- Shows and presentations that happen only once or twice a day
are listed on the Daily Schedule. If you don't want to miss these,
plan your day around them.
- Allow time for getting lunch.
- The Scriptorium is a one-of-a-kind exhibit, but
it does take an hour to experience. Make an allowance for the time.
First Aid
A Health Services professional is always on duty during the day at The Holy Land Experience. The First Aid office can be found in the Jerusalem Marketplace, inside Guest Services. Safety is our priority at The Holy Land Experience. Please supervise children at all times and abide by all safety warnings and notices.
Drink Water & Take Rest Breaks
Orlando can get very warm in the spring, summer, and fall! If you
are outside enjoying the scenery or one of our outdoor musical
dramas, be sure to drink plenty of water and to sit down at one
of our seating areas.
Lost & Found
Lost & Found is located in Guest Services. If you lose something during your stay, please stop in to see if it has been returned.
Guest Conduct Policy
We strive to promote a family friendly environment that glorifies God. Thank
you in advance for dressing in modest and appropriate attire (fully clothed,
shirts, shoes, etc.). For your safety, only Holy Land Experience employees
are allowed to dress in costume. We provide several dining options for your
convenience; food may not be brought in from the outside. If you are traveling
with pets, kennels are conveniently located close to our property. Please supervise children at all times and abide
by all safety warnings and notices. Thank
you for helping The Holy Land Experience in promoting a safe and comfortable
environment for all of our guests.
Strollers & Wheelchairs
We have a limited supply of strollers and manual wheelchairs that are available for free usage in the park on a first-come, first-served basis. It is highly recommended that if you own your own wheelchair or stroller then please bring it.
Banking & Payment Methods
For your convenience, ATMs are located in both Guest Services and the Shofar
Shop. Payment methods available in the retail shops include: Cash, Travelers
Checks (USD), American Express,
Discover, Visa, and Mastercard.
Ministry Donations
The Holy Land Experience is a not-for-profit Christian organization. Ticket
prices do not fully cover the cost of our ministry endeavors. If you are
blessed by what you see at The Holy Land Experience and would like to make
a tax-deductible donation, stop by Guest Services during your visit or make
a donation online. Thank you for your generosity.
